Your Growth session
One prepared 60-minute online working session about your business, a short pre-call questionnaire and a brief written follow-up naming the three agreed priorities. The advice stands on its own; you do not have to buy management afterwards. Campaign implementation is not included.
Payment and booking
View availability before paying. After payment is verified, use your secure booking link to choose a session. A time is confirmed only when booking succeeds and you receive its date, time zone and meeting link. Failed, pending or cancelled payments cannot confirm a paid appointment. Availability can change until booking is confirmed. If no suitable time is available, contact us to agree an alternative or request a full refund.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel before the call starts for a full refund, including a Playbook bought with it. One reschedule is free when requested at least 24 hours before the agreed time. For a later request, contact Heinrich to arrange a practical solution; no undisclosed fee or blanket forfeiture applies. If Brelford cannot hold the agreed session, choose a replacement time or full refund. Service problems after the call still receive review and any applicable remedy.
Optional Your Growth Playbook
If selected, you receive a tailored 3–5-page document with the diagnosis, recommended offer, three ad angles, prioritised 30-day actions, responsibilities and measures to review. The three-priority follow-up remains included in the base session.
Playbook delivery and correction
The Playbook is delivered within three business days after both the call and receipt of the necessary information. We will promptly tell you if information is missing. One factual correction is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery; this fixes errors or misunderstandings, not a new strategy or another consulting round.
Pricing and payment
The amount shown is your total payable; no tax is added at payment. This is one payment, with no recurring charge or automatic renewal. Advertising spend and third-party software subscriptions are not included.
Business days and contact
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Appointment times are in South African time unless agreed otherwise. Contact heinrich@brelford.com for support, cancellation or a refund.
Your rights and results
We promise the stated work and access, not guaranteed sales, profit or rankings. These voluntary refund promises do not limit applicable statutory rights or remedies for a service problem. These offer terms govern this purchase where the general website-build terms describe a different service.
