Is the whole website free?
You can request a free homepage design before deciding, or choose a paid website package directly. The complete build is charged at the published package price. The separate portfolio-build campaign has its own eligibility and written offer.
When do I pay?
Choose a package and review your total at checkout. The website build is paid in full before work starts. The free homepage design is an optional first step; no call is required to buy a standard package. Care is optional and billed monthly, starting one calendar month after purchase.
What do I own?
After payment you own the completed site and commissioned work, subject to third-party licences. While managed, domain and hosting sit in Brelford’s accounts. Request a free domain transfer at any time; registrar rules may affect timing.
What if something is wrong?
For 30 days after launch, defects and work that does not match the agreed scope are corrected without charge. Extra features are quoted separately. See the Terms and Refund Policy.
Do you guarantee enquiries or rankings?
No. We build clear pages and usable contact paths. Advertising, competition, your offer and how you handle enquiries all affect results.
